HOA Verification Services:
Proposed services include the following:
- HOA Verification
- Slate will first identify whether a subject property is governed by a HOA/COA, and clearly report in Yes/No format.
- If the subject property is identified to be governed by one or more HOA/COAs, Slate will provide the following data: HOA/COA Name(s) HOA/COA Contact information (including available
address, phone, email, fax, website)
- HOA Payment Status
- For subject properties where HOA/COA contact information is available; Slate will make contact through preferred method to request open balance/delinquency status and report findings in agreed upon reporting format:
- Obtaining balance information may require requesting Estoppels report and may incur 3rd party processing fees.
- Slate may also require letter of authorization from Rock Top in some cases in order for HOA/COA to release requested information to Slate
- For subject properties where HOA/COA contact information is available; Slate will make contact through preferred method to request open balance/delinquency status and report findings in agreed upon reporting format:
