SLATE offers a variety of insurance products including ALTA lender loan policies, mortgage modification polices (MMP), and mortgage priority guarantee (MPG) products. We also facilitate generating the modification agreement and offer both in-person or eSign options. Then we will record the signed, notarized documents in the appropriate county jurisdiction and return the filed copy to your custodian
Deed-in-lieu of foreclosure (DIL)
If loan modification efforts fail, SLATE offers deed-in-lieu services to help your borrower avoid foreclosure. We will handle all components from the initial title search to validate that a borrower is eligible for a DIL to title clearance, document generation, insurance and closing services.
